Write-Up: The 4th tune from Katy Perry to show up and still a few till my favorite of hers. There are only a couple songs of hers that I truly like so don't expect too much praise here. The rest of her songs I pretty much tolerate until they inevitably become annoying from over hearing them. She does have a knack for making top rated Mainstream hits though which I may have mentioned in one of her previous rankings but I don't recall atm. 2010 was a big year for pop hits and Katy pretty much dominated the airwaves for a good part of it. I'm kinda glad I don't really hear this one too much anymore. In fact I think I can go a decade without ever hearing it and I wouldn't miss it. On to the next ranking... ====================================
