Yeah there is a big difference between ambiguously putting a finalist in a subsequent season and outright putting someone on an all winners season. They know that the cast will be spoiled right away, which will spoil 39 entirely. There is a reason they announce the winner live and not on set that harkens back to S1. Plus as I said before I'm sure there is legal stuff involved. ---
