You're not really "diluting" the pool by including him either since the 3-4 pool is on the whole not good right now. Yeah you'll get a slightly lower number of hinatas. Does anyone who plays the game enough to care about drawing hinatas still need hinatas? I doubt it. Honestly I think we're at a point in the number of the characters in the game where we can like, be a bit more liberal with what goes in the 3-4 pool rather than just making it a flat selection every time. Having a banner with classic 5* units that don't have good inheritance fodder in the 3-4* pool would be a pretty neat thing to do if they weren't in all of them. You could even put some good inheritance fodder in some of them to beef up a weaker banner. Like really the idea behind the 3-4* pool should be to reach a total pool size of something close to when the game was released, but selectively choosing the stuff that goes in it from a set of 3-4* units along with dated 5* units based on game and weapon type or whatever else. --- No problem!
