Get rid of dairy. Cutting back on the meat and going vegetarian is great, but dairy is just as closely tied to cancer risk

I wouldn't. Cutting out whole food groups could upset your system in other ways. Eating in moderation is always the key. This way you can still enjoy your favorite meals. I mean you've been through enough misery, although if you just started then maybe it won't be a drastic change.

My dad's oncologist would disagree

But it depends on how much you want to improve your odds
