There are ways you are supposed to think and believes you are supposed to have, our leadership is trying to make a cult of personality out of our CEO, we are asked to work overtime without any actual work needing to be done, lots of talk how we are all a family, many things can't really be questioned anymore, people get promoted for buying into the system rather than being good at their job.
