Way too much macho aggression, clearly looking to pick a fight, and doing a disservice to all transgendered people by presenting and acting like a freak. Ladylike much?

Oh right, because she needs to act like the preconceived notion that women need to act "ladylike", and can't stand up to a clearly bigoted person trying to bully her for her gender identity.
I mean, trashing the displays was way over the line, but that employee doesn't deserve to live in a civilized society. Move to some bullshit state like Texas or Alabama if you want to live like that.

Certainly freaking out and causing a scene is appropriate behavior in our society. The employee apologized, even though it seems like a natural error given this person's very masculine presentation. I think this person was deliberately looking for trouble.

Nope, the employee kept making the "mistake" after being corrected over and over again. Then he kept telling her to stop cussing when she stopped cussing a long while before he asked her to, and he even made the "mistake" during that bullshit clearly just to anger her. He was clearly a bigoted bully, and if you think the employee was in the right, you're clearly one too.

after the mentally ill person started cursing and screaming in front of kids about getting his money back

The video clearly doesn't start from the beginning, and from context clues, you can clearly tell that he's made the "mistake" at least once(seems like it was more than once, but that's not clear). I mean, if you really want to bend everything you can just because you hate transgender people, maybe just do it in your head instead of putting it out in public.

and I'm supposed to take the opinion of a raving lunatic seriously in a kids gaming store

why dont you bug off for a second and let the grown ups do the talking

also it's clearly the woman that says 'excuse me sir' because the freak is cursing so loudly
the employee in the video doesn't antagonise it once

Lunatic, because he doesn't like being treated like that from a transphobic bully. Yes, she overreacted, but you're acting like he did nothing wrong, which is a pretty dangerous mindset.

Also, the average age of gamers now is in their 20's-30's, so calling Gamestop a kids' gaming store is straight up not right, especially when they've been catering more to the late teens to 20's crowd in the recent years.
