Certainly freaking out and causing a scene is appropriate behavior in our society. The employee apologized, even though it seems like a natural error given this person's very masculine presentation. I think this person was deliberately looking for trouble.
Nope, the employee kept making the "mistake" after being corrected over and over again. Then he kept telling her to stop cussing when she stopped cussing a long while before he asked her to, and he even made the "mistake" during that bullshit clearly just to anger her. He was clearly a bigoted bully, and if you think the employee was in the right, you're clearly one too.

The video clearly doesn't start from the beginning, and from context clues, you can clearly tell that he's made the "mistake" at least once(seems like it was more than once, but that's not clear). I mean, if you really want to bend everything you can just because you hate transgender people, maybe just do it in your head instead of putting it out in public. ---
