I think this person was deliberately looking for trouble. Nope, the employee kept making the "mistake" after being corrected over and over again. Then he kept telling her to stop cussing when she stopped cussing a long while before he asked her to, and he even made the "mistake" during that bullshit clearly just to anger her.
