It's certainly got some weird things about it. So much attention to detail for certain things. But then you notice that your guns teleport to your back when you get off the horse.

This only happened when your mission ends up in a large firefight. It was annoying mostly because it spoils your mission the second you hop off your horse. But it doesnt happen otherwise.

The shooting looks satisfying but isn't really satisfying to play.

Disagree on that one. Mowing people down is a blast, especially with the gore and realistic physics. Shoot someone somewhere and their body responds accordingly. Youre not supposed to feel a challenge, its more about living a film like cowboy fantasy. Everytime I shoot up a saloon it feels like the ending to a Tarantino movie.

The controls are awkward, sluggish and often cumbersome.

Sometimes, but the only real issue I have is when trying to loot when theres a pile of twenty bodies and 15 hats all right next to one another
