Sounds like the conflation of two different stories to me. The first, that Trump and the White House revealed the secret deployment and identities of Seal Team Five by posting a video on Twitter revealing both where they were and without blurring their faces/identities: https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-navy-seal-iraq-video-1272102 Pentagon referred Newsweek to the WH Communications Office who didn't respond.
