I have one on my phone but I basically don't even notice it despite being turned to high, so I'm not sure it does much.

I just turned on the one on my PC cause my eyes hurt. I used it before for like a week but couldn't get used to it. Everything is super orange tinted and if you rely on contrast for anything it sucks. Plus if you turn it off after using it for a while it's like staring at the sun
