I don't sleep well and I was never able to take naps. I needed that melatonin very badly when I used to take it because I was struggling to sleep for even like four hours in that situation. I weaned myself off of it eventually because I could tell I was developing a need for it and that's no good. Now I don't take anything and I hope I can get at least 6 hours each night and then I get really mad at myself when I'm up past 11:30 for no reason because i know that even if I start the getting ready for bed process at 11:30 I probably won't fall asleep until 12:30
