Not really. $80 for 21 games of that quality is a pretty solid deal. Pretty much all of those games are easily worth $4. I didn't go for it because I already had most of the ones I cared about via VC or other releases and I didn't care to bother hunting one down (although they ended up being more common than I expected), but it's certainly not a ripoff.

You could maybe argue that for the NES, but the more salient point there is that most NES games aren't worth playing at all, let alone buying. That still doesn't really make it a ripoff, but I'd agree it isn't worth the money.
