At that time, when I saw Slay the Spire in your list, I hoped that you would get it because that game is going out of early access in January and I heard it's gonna get a price increase so now was the best time to get it. I got it last summer and had a blast with it, and I'm thinking of playing it again once it's out of early access because the devs have added a lot more stuff since then. Mount and Blade was my "surprise" gift, since it wasn't on your list, but I noticed your taste in games was very close to another friend of mine, and that person loves M&B so I thought it might be suitable.
