Really though his alignment is just Kid Kid at that point. All kids are brats. And then again while he's with Timon and Pumbaa he's got some chaotic traits while observing Hakuna Matata which is totally a chaotic phrase, but I'm thinking getting bored of it means he's lost that edge to him and he ends up more of a Neutral Good.
