I'm 32 and I already hate it. I'd hate it a lot more if I was balding and fat though, for example. As it stands I'm in pretty good shape, full head of hair, and haven't had to ever deal with any sort of sickness or pain.

It's a pretty negative viewpoint, but I could never see the sense in getting old and would honestly be fine with dying in my thirties. I don't see the point in becoming a weaker, sicker version of myself over time. I mean, it has to be super noticeable once you start to decline, right? And even if you take incredibly good care of yourself, you can always get hit with a cancer diagnosis or some other horrifying ailment. Maybe pain becomes a regular part of your life, your eyes don't work as well, you become slow in mind and body.. etc.

I mean, you can always hope for the best but at the end of the day, aging ain't pretty. And like you said, the actual prime of your life is so small it's pathetic. Who could not feel down when you realize you're close to approaching the end of it, or worse, you've already passed it?
