If I had both I'd still pick the JC over the AC30blue because of weight. The Princeton is surprisingly close in sound but pretty quiet so I don't gig with it. If I'm recording using mics I'll usually pick the Princeton just because it sounds more "contained" for that scenario and has a very in-depth pre-amp. I just played a gig with my JC myself.
