GTA Online flat out removed rank restrictions by the time heists came out I'm pretty sure, and the real Microtransaction push happened with the update after that (I'll Gotten Gains) But then they come out with RDOnline and it's like "This hat is worth 10 gold bars, but you need to be rank 50 before you can buy it" Unless I missed the part where you could buy ranks or something, why would you shoot yourself in the foot like this? --- America is a tune.
