Following the reveal at this years Game Awards, gamers began assiduously looking up new info for Dragon Age: The Dread Wolf Rises. Some gamers ended up stumbling coming across the Twitter profiles of the developers working on the game while in search of new info, but they didnt exactly like what they saw.

Well, on December 7th, 2018 Epler made a series of tweets responding to people who took one look at his profile and decided that the upcoming BioWare title, Dragon Age: The Dread Wolf Rises, could be compromised with sociopolitical agitprop.

Epler explained that the politics in his profile (consisting of gender pronouns and that hes an open Leftist) is just a small extract from the much larger sociopolitical amalgam that constitutes the stories and characters in previous Dragon Age games and the upcoming Dragon Age game, saying

A few folks telling me, after seeing my twitter profile, not to bring my politics into the game. Dragon Age has always been about belonging about realizing that family is more than blood and about celebrating our diversity and differences. It will remain so.

Dragon Age is about hope, about how love and friendship are forces for good and about how, in the end, what we have is each other.

Ultimately, though all art is politics. Its just a hell of a lot easier to ignore it when those politics match up with yours: I wear my heart, and beliefs, on my sleeve. And I always will.

We have finite time on this world. I want to spend mine making it a better and more caring place.

So fucking woke and preachy lmao. Why is this guy trying to prove so hard that he's a good person? This will fail. People are not going to support this. It's gonna be bad. Developers don't learn. They always do this and it always fails and they always blame the fans for being bigoted instead of accepting their business model is flawed.

Hello Andromeda 2.0!
