Another guy who feels different: Falco. His Shield Kick doesn't stumble the opponent anymore. In fact, it does literally nothing. I used to use it a lot for that purpose so it's kind of a bummer. Otherwise he seems like he's the same? I don't think the last hit of his Up B knocks them back anymore though.
