A lot of states don't impose sales tax on goods, whereas some have already included it in the price so they are caught unaware when they find out "I have to pay extra?!" idk, even people living in states without it are usually aware that it's a thing in other places. zebatov posted... I'd like to know why the government feels that it's necessary to tax sales, however.
