Plus they modified/added some puzzles and some new gameplay elements to make it almost an entirely new game. Haven't been following REMake2 that closely, but it is also a rebuild on essentially the RE7 engine, just in third person as opposed to first. Don't know if they are doing any puzzle/gameplay tweaks. RE3 will probably just be the PSN version on the PS3, but with widescreen support and maybe some smoothing on the pixels to make it look a little better. --- I am a senior software engineer.
