It's not really painful, but the song probably works better without the tinnitus simulation. Theme of Azai Nagamasa--Unexpected. I know the cast from the fighting game, Sengoku Basara X (though only because of MUGEN conversions), but I've never seen anything from the main series or anime. And I don't know enough about Japanese history to know who this is. Song is nifty and inspires me to look up some information about the character or the historical inspiration, at some other point in the future.
