Sure enough, he appears to be a standard wraith (the kind that appears in a suit of armor). Not a mindblowingly awesome design but he is pretty badass as just a huge undead monster in a suit of armor. Honestly there's been a lot of good ones lately, so it'll be hard for him to break into the upper tiers, but if this had been earlier in the topic where mostly everyone was crap I could have seen him close to the top for a while. (Remember when Aatrox was at the top???) Morgana I almost want to see what predictions would look like for how Morgana would do, based on how much of my rankings have been revealed so far, but activity/energy level for this topic is also at an all time low. I think if I wait any longer to do the next batch of rankings the topic might just purge, lol. Speaking of purge, Morgana is a fallen angel -- a trope I'm pretty into -- and she also has a great design. Honestly if I had to summarize it she's like a more evil and more nonhuman looking Leblanc that is also just plain hotter. So, uh... pretty high ranking going by my tastes. I went ahead and listened to her quotes and her voice acting seems a little bit hammy or, like, it doesn't actually sell very well for me. She doesn't really sound like an evil monster lady, she sounds like a college drama student reading lines in a studio booth. But, eh, whatever. Her skins are good overall but some of them do have the same problem as Evelynn where they are clearly trying to make her more normal human looking... but then she has some others that are just fucking amazing, so, yeah. Honestly the battle between her and Evelynn for the top spot is pretty close as of right now, but they definitely belong on the same tier, making Morgana the only other character to break the true top tier barrier so far.
