Topic	What's a cartoon that you felt was on the wrong network?

Nah, all nicktoons had adult humor hidden in them. Look at Rocko's Modern Life and Rugrats for example. As a kid watching Rugrats, it was a show about babies and their adventures. As an adult watching it back again, it's a show about hilariously bad parents. Ren and Stimpy is the only one that currently has a TV-14 rating though.
