I put my troops on Zeeland thinking I could bait him, but he wasnt fooled. I split my army in half, sent one to Gent on the mainland and the other in Zeeland. Still not baited. Alright. I threw one army at his, and then once they were in battle and safe from the strait-crossing penalty, I reinforced with the Zeeland army. Crushed. And then I noticed he had 9000 troops marching from the georgraphical area of Sweden/Norway, so I moved my troops onto Zeeland to intercept them and the dumbass did it. He took a strait crossing penalty.

Then he retreated that army into his waiting army on Gent and probably thought I would chase him and get the penalty since hed be a defender. Instead I moved to Brugge again. He started back to Zeeland, but I got there first and won the defender bonus AGAIN.

Richard and his niece Zyx, the Chieftess of Ross, fellow worshipper of Hel, decided to go out on a stroll and torture a random peasant family whow as clearly favored by Thor. Its time to do Fenrirs work! Zyx carved the wifes face off and paraded around, wearing it as a mask, taunting and kissing the man while Richard boiled baby fat to make a flying potion. Then the constructed an idol of Angrboda from the dismembered bodies. Then he left it as a symbol of Fenrirs power. The people of Scania rose up in revolt! I won easily and tortured the fool who dared rebel against his Emperor. On the same day, the guy who wanted to put some other dude on the throne asked for a white peace because other countries were about to declare war on him. Since I didnt want to deal with those other countries, I accepted and tortured him, too. I am now known as the Cruel which is pretty great to go along with his name of Richard Please the Beneficent.

After that, I was low on troops and money. I went raiding, and then the King of Holland thought he could take me on! I used pretty much the same strategy of baiting him onto Zeeland. Only it was a bit scarier since my reinforcements were still in present-day Denmark, so I had to move some boats and that left my weak army to fight alone for a few days. But I made it!
