I don't usually make the time to just sit for a half an hour and play, I usually play in 10 to 15 minute spurts at the longest. I can only imagine how frustrated I'd be too if I spent an hour trying to team build and be meticulous and then still fail. I guarantee I have the tools to do the content, I just usually find myself having the time to plan, organize, and execute.
