| Topic | What is the most WORTHLESS DLC you've ever bought in your life? |

I used to think 20-40 dollars for DLC was excessive, but I'm now seeing some games on Steam with several hundred dollars of DLC, for a SINGLE GAME (some even pushing $1000+ in total content). Knowing the types of games those are for, you are not buying ALL of them and it is not expected you would. It is usually a case like The Sims where you buy the ones that you think would work best for your game experience and ignore the ones you would never use (For example, you want Pets and Seasons, but not College Life or Night Life). In those cases I am fine with it because those are games you are spending hundreds upon hundreds of hours playing, putting in another $60 worth of DLC to enjoy it more isn't that big of a deal. --- I am a senior software engineer.
