EXEC_HARMONIUS/.... I think. Although I can't shake the feeling there might be a change of song during one of the phases. Can't be bothered to look up a gameplay vid or something though. AT2 - EXEC_over.METHOD_SUBLIMATION/. There's 3 parts to the song (and 3 phases to the battle) and it goes lamenza -> ee wassa sos yehar -> omness chs ciel sos infel AT3 - XaaaCi (IIRC the very first phase is a variant of Ec Tisia that is typically unlisted with the rest of the OST. What section of XaaaCi is playing changes as the battle advances.)
