I don't tend to spend money on the game, I didn't miss them. Although good to know I should want that USB! Anyway I have been compiling my ideas for a dark team I have Shadow USB/BSB (Abandoned Past, Shuriken Storm) and Nabaat USB/BSB (Giver of Pain, Shuriken storm) and also Fran's Vanquished Cries USB and Alphinaud's Tera Flare USB and Seifer's CSB and I don't think anything else for him really. So I am thinking Shadow solo with Seifer Chain, pUSB (that's kind of my default), Aerith healing (she has her broken USB) and Shelke doing Shelke things? Does this seem reasonable?
