You can feasibly hit two level 3 Overstrikes with them with some limited quickcast shenanigans now. That being said Tidus's USB1 is one of the better ones so it has some stiff competition. In general though I think it'll be more of a lateral/slight upgrade than a downgrade. We'll see how the math plays out when some people play around with em --- No problem!
