Even if, by definition, those are both considered interference, they are clearly not the same level of interference and should not be treated as such. I really just want to know if Wilson is an idiot or if he intentionally is trying to hurt people, because those are the only two possible scenarios at this point. Either he doesn't care about the well-being of others and the consequences don't matter to him, or his thought process is "me sorry for hitting man, me not do again.
