There's no denying that much. It's going to be in the 90s for at least 5 months a year, usually not more than 6. We start rising temps in April-May and they begin to fall around the end of September.

Also, don't be surprised to see temps in the 70s, possibly low 80s, towards the end of November and into December. I remember spending Christmas Eve in 70-something degree weather last year or the year before and it really put a damper on the Holidays.
