I'd imagine if working they would be charged for any medication they are given but outside of that yes. If you're not working you pay nothing. The NHS is a great service and something I'm thankful we have over here.

Oh on that note the waiting times in A&E can be a long time too over here depending what you're in for of course. That's understandable though.
