Oh. Well in that case emergency things and hospital care on the NHS is free to most residents of the UK. I believe some other things are free for both unemployed or not too. Prescriptions, dental treatment and other things have to be paid for if you work however but don't if you claim benefits. One of the very few silver linings of being out of work is this.
