MVP is out to start the show, announces 4 more KotR qualifiers for tonight-- Cedric vs Chad Gable, Kofi vs Shelton Benjamin, Big E vs Robbie E, and Dolph Ziggler vs Seth Rollins. Smackdown GM Christopher Daniels shows up, says he's already filled out the bracket and this is unnecessary. They argue a bit about whether he could do this, and the two agree to have 4 Raw and 4 Smackdown in the KotR by PPV time, but MVP's still having his qualifiers. Seth Rollins randomly shows up, says he saw that Daniels had received Rollins's dignity from Finn Balor, and demands that Christopher Daniels gives him his dignity! Daniels is like "what" and they both mock him a bit. (81)

Becky Lynch d. Mandy Rose easily via submission (58) Becky is cutting a promo about how Ronda Rousey is dodging her. Ronda hits the ring, breaks Mandy's arm as Becky looks on in shock and Ronda shouts about how that's how it's done. (57)

After the break, The Edge Heads, Miztourage, and Slater + Rhyno are in MVP's office demanding tag titles to fight for. Drew McIntyre comes in and says this tag division is PATHETIC and doesn't deserve a title. Hawkins and Ryder step up, and are laid out by Drew immediately. Slater also steps up, says it's time he knows his place-- Slater was always the leader of the band, babay!!! Challenges him to a match (59) Slater fights hard, but Drew kinda wrecks his former 3MB counterpart. (59) Drew keeps beating down Slater, who won't stay down, staring down Rhyno, who does not attempt to assist, as he does so. (72)

Asuka is in the ring, ready for a match. Roman Reigns comes out, challenges her to a Universal Title match, right here, right now! Asuka's down for this. But Mark Henry's music hits, and says he has an official message as the Commissioner: "No." He tells Roman to get the hell out of there or else. Akam and Rezar show up, and stare a hole through Reigns to get him to leave (74)

Asuka vs Ember Moon for the Smackdown Women's title. Ember again does very well. She does a flippidoo and misses terribly, causing Asuka to take control. Sasha banks comes out during the match, cutting a promo about how the women of WWE today are too concerned about 'stealing the show' and those risky maneuvers will always cause such failures. The true way to excel is healthy living, etc etc. Asuka is able to ignore her, Ember is not. Ember never gets back on track and Asuka beats her again, tapping her with the Asuka lock to retain. (63) Sasha continues her tirade about clean living, insisting that if Ember had eaten right properly prepared, she would never have tapped to such a weak submission. Angry Ember runs her off when she recovers (50)

Kofi Kingston vs Shelton Benjamin, KotR qualifier. A standard match, Roman Reigns hits the ring and wrecks both guys, causing the match to be thrown out. No one qualifies! (66)

We visit the Hardy Compound. Matt Hardy is escorting his brother Nero, who is still limping, to the lake of reincarnation. He goes on some Hardy monologue... finishing that Brother Nero will soon be WOKEN... aahhh yesss~ Jeff is thrown into the lake, and sinks(?) The announcers remark that Bray Wyatt still hasn't come out of there... (81)
