Seriously though, there's plenty of good crock pot versions of the recipe and anything good you can crock is good to have in the arsenal because you just chop shit up, throw it in the pot and forget it for 4-8 hours and BAM! I love easy ethnic foods in general. Cheap, filling, leftovers keep well, and you can find a slow cooker version of any dish worth a damn.
