So... since reading the list earlier today, I kept getting this nagging feeling to give very short thoughts on each of the 20 games on the PSClassic and so that's what I'm gonna do. Any game in a genre I don't care for will get passed on since those games were obviously not put on there with people like me in mind.

Battle Arena Toshinden - I'm sure this got put on here for historical purposes (being the first 3D fighting game on the PS1 I think) but current reviews for this game call it super clunky and not fun to play so yeah they should have put something else here. Maybe a 2D fighter like KOF '95? I dunno...

Cool Boarders 2 - People who haven't played any extreme sports games older than Tony Hawk's Pro Skater may turn up their nose at the trick system but, to me, this was an awesome addition to the PSC. It's one of the first few games I got when I bought a PS1 back in 2011/2012 (can't remember which one) and I still pop it in from time to time. "Coooooooool BOARDERS!"

Destruction Derby - Closest I've gotten to playing a Destruction Derby game was a demo of Destruction Derby Raw waaaaay back when but people really seem to like this first game so I have no problem with it being here.

Final Fantasy VII - Pass.

Grand Theft Auto - While a recent purchase of GTA 2 made me realize the 2D GTA games had a few serious flaws (like limited lives and making saving your game a pain in the ass), I still remember just going around causing mayhem in GTA 1 and having a blast. I don't mind this being here though I'll admit I prefer the 3D games that came much later.

Intelligent Qube - Outside of the Bust-A-Move games, this was the puzzle game I was hoping to see come on the PSC the most. A complete copy of the original release has gotten pricey in recent years and hasn't been re-released on PSN here in the U.S. so any puzzle fan planning on getting the PSC really owe it to themselves to try out one of the most unique and addicting puzzle games in the history of video games. "PERRRRRRFECT!"

Jumping Flash - Never played this but, since watching Stop Skeletons From Fighting's review of the game a few years back, I've been meaning to give it a try.

Metal Gear Solid - While most would say MGS3 is the best in the series, my heart still belongs to this game as far as the Metal Gear series goes. Maybe I just prefer the more modern setting and the overhead view which made stealth less frustrating to me. And that story. Despite owning quite a few MGS games, this is the only one I've played through from start to finish. Putting it here was a no brainer.

Mr Driller - Never played this one but, if it's at least as good as Mr. Driller: Drill Spirits for the DS, I'm all for putting it here.

Oddworld: Abes Oddysee - Never played but the fanbase this series has is undeniable. I'll have to check it out for myself some day.

Rayman - A review from Caddicarus mentioned the game's difficulty kind of gets into the bullshit category halfway through which makes me question if it should be here. Then again, I'm sure it was either between this or Rayman 2 which has been ported almost as many times as Ms. Pac-Man has been put on different Namco Museum compilations so I guess giving the first game more exposure isn't such a bad idea... maybe.

Resident Evil Directors Cut - While I personally prefer Resident Evil 2, this first game is still a very welcomed addition to the PSC. Also, good on Sony to pick the version with more bonus content and better balancing.

Revelations: Persona - Pass (though, going by the comments here, I'm guessing this one isn't worth anyone's time).
