Both above are read "Kanojo wa TENSAI desu ne"

The top one says "She's a genius, isn't she?"
The bottom one says "She's a (natural) disaster, isn't she?"

Japanese homophones are lol. Try all of these which are pronounced "Yousei"

Obviously those are such different words that the odds of anyone mixing them up is zero, and there is some differentiation in pronunciation/stresses, but still.
