Topic	Why did it take 40 years to make a second decent "Halloween" movies

And Halloween H20, while not the best, is enjoyable, at least for me. 4, 5 and 6 are bad and Ressurection isn't good but it gave us, "Trick or treat, motherf*er." So I'm okay with that.
