^I think Nells husband legit just had an aneurysm and the house taunted her but open to interpretation.
Im also not sure that Nell and Liv could see the future so much as the house just baited them/taunted them repeatedly. Nells own dying body was dangled in front of her for her whole life, which ultimately drove her to that very death. Liv kept being shown dead Luke and Nell, driving her mania to save them which then ultimately caused those very deaths (or near death, in Lukes case)
