A very belated thank you to everyone who nominated and a double thank you to everyone who followed along with the topic! I meant to say something to that effect last post, but apparently forgot... sorry about that.

Anyway, I listened to several things today, let's see if I can remember enough to comment on them:

Future Foe Scenarios

Pretty good. I like the debate over the meaning of the song, if it's about politics or relationships, there's a decent amount of things to think about here. I don't love it, but I think it'd probably be somewhere in the top 50%.

10-20-40

She has a great voice. I wouldn't have thought a song dealing with antidepressants would be something I wanted, but this is good.

"See they don't understand
Don't know who I am
But do I?"

Is a particularly good line.

Honey

...what?

Tintin on the Moon

I've mentioned liking the sounds of music from old computers and this is no exception. I'm not sure if I've heard it before, but I like it and Jeroen Tel just seems like a good guy. This song inspired lots of covers and he always seems very polite to all of his fans.

"Thanks for remixing one of my finest compositions on Commodore 64.
JT in Space. <3 (bro-hug) "

That's just so sweet. Tracked down a few of his other songs; Cybernoid's title screen was pretty great and apparently created before he even turned 16, which is kinda mind blowing. A couple others I can't remember, but what I was most amazed by was the song being played live for a crowd of people:

After hearing Tim Follin dismiss the entire genre, seeing Til proudly get on stage and play this song for his fans... it was incredibly heartwarming. While I think I've heard enough for list purposes, I may continue to seek out more of his music in the future just because I really like him.

Unused Track 2

This is actually the track that made me want to hear more of Dean Evans work and Ocean Software games in general. This track is so completely amazing.

Diving

Now this one is new to me and also great! Tried a few other random songs by Evans and wasn't as crazy about any of them, but those two songs are amazing enough that I may want to continue searching through his work in hopes of finding anything as good as them.

Jonathan Dunn Songs

Tried several of them since Robocop theme is one of my all time favorite songs ever, but none of his other work seemed to come even close to it... though I am intrigued by Darkman Title Screen:

No indication as to which system this song comes from or if it's a cover or something, but it's interesting... think I'm done looking for music by him for now, but I am glad that I found this one song.

Echo (Yukari Album)

Wasn't on my list, but "Just Friends" was so incredible that as soon as I saw the entire album was on Bandcamp, I had to drop everything and go listen to it. None of the other tracks approach that level of greatness, but I love her voice and style, so it was worth listening to anyway.
