It's just like in 4-ways where you had to predict the percentage of all 4 characters. Although since only one character moved on from each match, we could have done it similarly to 1v1 where you only predict the winner and use the modern 1v1 scoring system. 3 characters per match increases the odds you predict the wrong winner, though. So we opted to go with predicting the percentages for all 3 characters in the match. The set-up we chose for 3-ways does mean that do you have to specify a winner if you predict 2 characters with an equal percentage. This can be done by reordering the names in a match - the first listed character with the highest percentage is assumed to be the winner you intended to choose. An example prediction of this: Link - 45% Commander Shepard - 10% Draven - 45% Link comes before Draven in that prediction, so it will be assumed that you intended to choose Link as your winner.
