With the 3-way format in 2013, we had to come up with a new scoring system and this was a subject of an open discussion before being finalized. This turned out to be fairly simple to do since only one character from each 3-way match would move onto the next round, meaning we could keep the 5 point penalty from the 1v1 contests for failing to predict the winner.
