Topic	Why would anyone move out their parents home before marrying if you get along?

I bought a couple houses when the market bottomed out and magically got a half million in value across the three of them when the recovery started a couple years later. People on the level of thinking about investments at least pay attention to what is happening in the world instead of just saving paychecks while living with their parents I think.
