The one thing is that Raven's likeness isn't terrible, but they're playing the character incredibly emotional whereas a large portion of the fanbase followed the cartoon where she was usually the deadpan snarker.

Also, if they weren't going to use Cyborg, could they have *at least* given us Static? >_> Given that Black Lightning has a show, we're *never* getting a solo live-action Static so that would have been a good compromise especially because a lot of the other Titans are somehow tied up in other productions.

The way things are going, I expect this to quickly tank which is a shame because a live action Judas Contract would have been neat.

Just what the fuck has been going on with DC in the last 5 or so years?

They've had great luck with some of their tv shows so they've been taking silly risks. Unfortunately, the only show I followed early on (Constantine) was pretty much the only live-action DC show to get canceled so far. And Constantine was actually pretty good by the end. Black Lightning, the second show I followed, is a fucking narrative mess but I'm happy to see that it's getting a second season because I really like the characters.
