I fucking hate Reddit. I'm willing to bet a good amount of money that I'm more likely to get shot in a drive by than be falsely accused of rape on any given day. The type of turbonerd beta males following a "how to not get falsely accused of sexual assault" guide are very likely the types that probably don't need to worry about any variety of female interaction to begin with. The only silver lining here is that I'm aware of how very small the populations of groups like that are to begin with.
