Topic	Do you give money to the homeless?
TheGreatNoodles 10/02/18 9:05:48 PM #24:	It's illegal here to give money to homeless people (and also illegal to be 'homeless in public') but whilst I don't believe all homeless people are 'druggos, addicts and gamblers' it would definitely depend on the circumstance.
