| MrSmartGuy 09/30/18 12:22:06 AM #39: | That was a pretty weak execution, but mainly because I don't fully understand the culture it's referencing. That's been a high point in this game. I really liked Leon's execution, then nothing else ever came close to reaching that kind of brutality and hopelessness. Then I saw Kaede's execution. I will at least say that the end of Kiyo's with the spirits was neat, though. And yeah, I think realistically, he might've actually moved up to #2, now that I think about it more. It's not like any of the characters below him did anything to jump him in this chapter, and he had way more character development than Ryoma did. If this chapter did anything, it established Maki as the clear-cut #1 in this game. Pre-case 3, I looked at everyone from #1 to #10, and they all had things I really liked about them and could stake a claim at #1.
