Order of release is fine. Just keep in mind that the Defenders is a fucking trainwreck, though.

DD1, DD2, and IF1 lay the groundwork for Defenders so you really need to watch those before it. Alternatively, you could just skip the Defenders if you only care about JJ and LC because Defenders adds nothing to JJ2 and has a minor impact on LC2.

Also DD2 introduces the Punisher (who eats up like half the show) so you'd want to watch that before Punisher season 1.

As they came out, should i skip first season of iron fist?

No, Iron Fist is great.

Depends on what your mainly interested in. Order works, but you can probably skip a bunch of them if you don't care about some stories. If you want to understand the Defenders, then I would say you at least need to watch the first 2 seasons of Daredevil and maybe the first season of Luke Cage. Everything else doesn't really play a part in the plot. Defenders is basically Daredevil season 2.5 with some Luke Cage sprinkled in.

Uh, Defenders heavily references Iron Fist as well. And the only thing you need LC1 for is to introduce Misty Knight. Honestly, if you were *just* going in to watch Defenders, the best options are DD2 and IF1. Although DD1 provides some continuity (and introduces Madame Gao), it's not as important as DD2.

This is pretty much accurate. Iron Fist and JJ really only function to build their respective characters (JJ is actually good though). Daredevil really serves as the main vehicle for the plot of the entire thing. Punisher doesn't take part in Defenders and so it really doesn't matter when you watch that. And honestly you could probably just read a summary of Iron First season 1 if you want because it moves so slow and the characters don't really get interesting or have much development until season 2.

Again, IF1 is supremely important. IF1 doesn't just build its characters, it also continues the story arc for some characters seen in DD1&2 and provides some of the backstory for The Hand (in addition to giving more details about K'un-Lun).

JJ and LC are always off doing their own real-world thing which has less of a connection to the overarching story.
